Well, I've just hit 'submit' on Book Two of The Silk Rope Masters - Jake. Now come the nail-biting, the haunting of my email box, the self-doubts. To keep myself busy I've just written The End on the first draft of Book 3 - Ash. I have an idea in mind for Book 4 and then I still have a couple of stand-alone books that I really need to finish. The Masters have sort of taken over - as Dom's do...lol. The more I look at it the more I really love this cover! It's all I hoped for

I belong to RWA (Romance Writers of Australia) and this month we had a challenge - 50k in May. I thought I needed a little motivation to get the first draft completed on my Holiday Hunk book. So I started the challenge with 15k and finished it with 83247 words! Mind you that total will certainly change once I begin the 2nd draft but I was ecstatic at the total. I've actually sent it off - warts and all - to my Beta reader to see what she thinks before I start the challenge

Book five in the Dark Desires series has been accepted by Siren, just waiting on the first round of edits. It's due out mid May. I just received the cover from the amazing Harris Channing - I love it. The covers in this series have all been done by her and they are all fabulous. I had a lot of fun writing this book, as usual my characters took over and dictated where they wanted to go. Maybe one day I'll write a book that I actual control ... lol. Book 2 in The Hunter series comes out on the 16th. A Hunter's Choice follows Matei's young brother Tomas as he meets his 'One' and discovers a nest of strigoi. With Micheal and Louisa's help they soon discover they are up against an unknown quarry. Add 2 more Hunters into the mix and you have the ingredients for a story that is tense at times and loving at other. I love the cover Harris Channing came up with - it fits the story so well! After an impatient 6 day wait I just got an email telling me Book 2 in the Hunter series - A Hunter'sChoice - has been accepted! The gorgeous Tomas is getting his own book! The book will be released in electronic format first - in Oct/Nov and then the print version will come out April/May 2015.
