I finally completed the last book in the Silk Rope Masters series. I sent it off the beta readers and the response was fantastic. I'd gotten bogged down with it last month, it simple wasn't working. But then I had a midnight eureka moment and change a major plot. It meant re-writing a lot of the book but it ended up a more realistic story. Now I've gone through a few million edits...lol. I've been struggling. At the end of February I lost my wonderful boy - Zeus. It came as a shock, completely out of the blue. Within 6 days he was gone - kidney cancer. It was so wrong to lose him, he was still so young, 3 years. It hit me hard. I live alone and have always had cats and dogs as constant companions. Zeus was funny, lazy, adorable, and a big softie.
